Here's what you receive in our year-long
Master Mentoring Program
Any successful mastermind or high-performing group involves a balance between what is offered by the leaders and what is expected from participants. Valuable leadership, knowledge, and resources are offered while input, feedback, and accountability are expected.
We provide a formal, structured curriculum that teaches proven, cutting-edge strategies for your clinical, personal, and business growth inside of a nurturing, motivating, and inspiring series of live meetings and phone calls. You’ll get productive and consistent feedback from us as well as from the other group members.
The group is limited to a maximum of 10 new members each year. These new members will be in a community with returning members who give support and feedback from their successes. These returning members come back for the close community support and to continue to advance their own dreams.[/text_block]
In-Person Retreat Workshops
We arrange 3 two-day live workshop retreats in the San Francisco Bay Area. The focus of these meetings is integrating clinical, business, and personal development. The first meeting will be in late January.[/text_block]
Group Conference Calls
For each of the months that we don’t meet in person, each member can attend any or all of five optional calls to continue progress in the following areas: personal transformation, business, marketing, operations, and clinical effectiveness.[/text_block]

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where should I be in my business in order to join?
There is no requirement to already have a business or to be at a certain level in a practice. We meet you where you are to develop a plan in the direction you want to go.
2. I don’t work with couples – can I still join?
Yes! The program is designed to support you.
3. What if I live far away and travel costs a lot?
You may have the option to attend one of the in-person workshops online.
4. If I start, am I committed to the full year?
Yes! You take a space when you sign up, and we invest a lot in making the opportunity work fully for you in that space. Partial year memberships are not possible.
5. Do I have to already know and work with the Developmental Model?
To be successful in the program, it is ideal, but not required that you are very familiar with the Couples Institute’s Developmental Model stages, techniques and insights, perhaps having been part of our community for a year or so. Access to the Level One training is included in the membership cost so that you can develop your clinical expertise with us.
